Contracts & Tenders > How it works...
A short introduction and some tips to search the Contracts & Tenders database:
After log in
After you have logged in, you can search the Contracts & Tenders database (1) or retreive a complete issue (2). For your convenience you can find direct links to the last six issues on the search page.
You can search the database on:
- Free text(a)
- Region / Country
- Year of publication
- Deadline(b)
Or a combination thereof.
(a) you enter multiple keywords and it will search for entries which match all keywords (e.g. it performs a keyword1 AND keyword2 search)
(b) If you tick the the Deadline box you will only be presented with information of which the deadline has not yet passed. So to see an overview of all active tenders, tick the box and click the search button.
Search results
After a search you can sort the search results (1) by clicking on the sort buttons at the top of the results. You can sort by title, country, publication date and deadline.
To view the details, just click on the title.
Details
You can use the Previous & Next links (1) at the top of the page to navigate the results when you view the details as well.
The detailed view also highlights the keywords (2) you may have entered in the free text search box.
Full issue
If you use the "Full issues" links on the search page or the links from the "All Issues" page (after log in) you can retreive a complete issue. The information is sorted alphabetically per region and country.
