SMi is proud to announce the 2nd installment of E&P Information, Data and Knowledge Management Asia. Taking place on the 25th and 26th April 2012 in Singapore. Global oil and gas companies, when engaging in E&P activity generate huge amounts of E&P data which creates a unique issue. Seismic scans, well logging, and drilling data all need to be analyzed, processed and stored. It is fair to assume that many companies, both large and small do not understand the importance of accurately storing, manipulating and processing this crucial data – which can be used as information to support and enhance business performance and models.
