Offshore Arabia Conference & Exhibition is an event that caters for the Offshore Oil and Gas professional.

The event is hosted by the Regional Clean Sea Organization (RECSO) and its members representing the oil companies. This is the environmental arm of the Arabian Gulf regions oil, gas and tanker companies. RECSO was founded in 1972 and has since expanded and become a regional player in the environment. The main activities are to protect the Gulf environment from any potential pollution, as an oil industry co-operative organization functioning on the concept of "mutual aid".
