The recent major drop in oil prices has pushed operational excellence to be a key focus for oil and gas operators in the Asia-Pacific region and can be used as an opportunity to embed fundamental improvements to the operations of upstream and downstream facilities.
The Operational Excellence (OpEx) in Oil and Gas Asia-Pacific 2016 conference will focus on benchmarking, best practice and innovation across the following key OpEx challenges, with a particular focus on the following major challenges:
1. Continuous improvement and process optimisation to maximise asset uptime, cost optimisation and prioritise safety
2. Effective application of new and emerging technologies, data and equipment
3. Engagement, knowledge transfer and getting the most from employees and contractors
