20-06-08 The budget of the joint Russian-Moldovan venture Moldovagaz envisages an investment of $ 30m, Moldova's government has reported.
The funds will be used to finance the construction of backbone gas pipelines. The respective investment projects are to be carried out in Moldova by Gazprom.

Gazprom's CEO and Moldova's Prime Minister Zinaida Grechannaya discussed a possible increase in investment, along with the current cooperation level and gas supplies to Moldova.
According to Gazprom, this year Moldova will receive over 2.5 bn cm of gas.
