EU approves GdF Suez and GEK to jointly control Greek power plants
GdF's unit Electrabel International Holdings will take joint control of Heron Thermoelectric and Heron II Viotia Thermoelectric Station. It will share control with GEK Terna, which currently exclusively owns the plants.
