Petrobras to buy ExxonMobil's fuel-distribution unit in Chile
The acquisition includes contracts with 230 fuel stations, of which 109 are owned by Exxon's Esso Chile Petrolera, 6 fuel-distribution units, which are joint ventures, and 11 airport-fuel units, Rio de Janeiro-based Petrobras, as the company is known, said.
