Mobil awards facility management services to Johnson Controls
29-10-98 Johnson Controls has just announced a multi-million-dollar agreement with Mobil Business Resources Corporation for strategic facility management services.
Under this agreement, Johnson Controls Integrated Facility Management will provide comprehensive facility management services to Mobil's U.S. corporate headquarters in Fairfax, Va., and three additional facilities in Dallas, Texas. Combined, these locations represent approximately 4.5 million square feet of workplace.
Under a separate agreement, announced previously, Johnson Controls will also be providing strategic facility support services for Mobil Sekiyu Kabushiki Kaisha.
