16-10-04 The National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) is ready to carry 50 % of the country's export LNG.
The company's managing director, Mohammad Soori, if LNG exports continue as scheduled, the National Iranian Tanker Company must have 16 special ships for carrying LNG.

He said as the time for exporting LNG from South Pars gas field is approaching, NITC is planning to form the needed fleet.
ISOICO Company is currently manufacturing one very large ship and overhauling another such ship and it is also building two oil product carrying ship with the capacity of 35,000 tons.
