Gazprom to raise natural gas output this year
08-02-02 Gazprom plans to bring this year's output of natural gas to 520 bn cm, said Alexander Ananenkov, a member of the gas company executive board. In addition, Gazprom's plans in 2003-04 envisage raising output to 530 bn cm.
Last year the company ensured the output of 511.9 bn cm. Ananenko also said that the Zapolyarnoye deposit, which became operational in 2001, will be put to rated capacity within three years. After that, the annual gas output at it will equal 100 bn cm, that of gas condensate and oil 3 mm and 650,000 tons, respectively.
