30-05-08 India's Essar Oil said commercial production began May 1 at all units of its 10.5 mm tpy refinery at Vadinar in India's western state of Gujarat.
The oil major, which plans to increase the capacity of the refinery to 34 mm tpy by 2010, also said that all the units of the refinery are operating satisfactorily.
