Aker Kvaerner wins deepwater equipment contract from BP

25-03-02 Kvaerner said Aker Kvaerner, its oil service operation, has been awarded a contract worth $ 11 mm to supply advanced drilling and mooring equipment to BP.
The equipment will be delivered in the first quarter of 2003 and used for BP's Thunder Horse oil field in the Gulf of Mexico.
