CHESF chooses three electric power equipment suppliers

09-04-02 CHESF (Companhia Hidro Eletrica do Sao Francisco) chose three companies to supply electric power equipment. Siemens Westinghouse, Alstom Power and Camargo Correa currently prepare their proposals.
The winner will take over the project for a natural gas thermal electric power facility, with 240 MW and 310 MW. CHESF has total installed capacity of 10,700 MW.
