Alstom wins power plant contract from GdF

06-05-02 Alstom said it has won a EUR 450 mm contract from Gaz de France for the turnkey supply of a gas-fired power plant in Dunkirk, France. The company said the contract includes a 20 year maintenance package for the plant's gas turbines, details of which are still being finalised.
It said the plant is scheduled to start commercial operation from February 2005.
