30-01-08 Managing Director of National Iranian South Oil Regions Company Seyfollah Jashnsaz said that the world's oil rich regions will in the future face acute skilled manpower resources scarcity in the field of oil.
Jashnsaz told the Second National Oil Engineering Congress of Iran that the Congress is held at a time when Iran's oil industry experiences 100th year of its activity. He said such conferences are influential in promotion of national oil industry and related research.

He added that 167 cases of research have thus far been conducted in the field of oil.
The Second National Oil Engineering Congress of Iran opened with a message by Oil Minister Gholam-Hossein Nozari. Senior Oil Ministry officials and oil researchers and technicians were also present in the two-day meeting.
