08-08-04 Over 151,000 people will be employed in oil industry projects by the end of the Fourth Economic Development Plan.
The projects have so far created jobs for 133,000 people.

About 21,000 people are currently working on oil engineering projects at the approximate cost of $ 2.8 bn while 112,500 people are working in construction and installation projects at the cost of $ 9 bn.
The Fourth Economic Development Plan is projected to employ 24,000 people in engineering projects at the cost of $ 3.2 bn and to recruit 127,500 people for construction and installation projects at the cost of $ 10.2 bn.
