30-06-08 The US Energy Information Administration said that US imports of liquefied natural gas in April fell 67 % from a year earlier, to the lowest level for any April month in six years.
LNG shipments into the US totalled 32.2 bn cf in April, compared with 98.7 bn cf a year earlier, the EIA was quoted as saying in its monthly gas report. Imports for April were up from 23.7 bn cf in March.
