Russia reports on September oil output
02-10-08 Russia produced an average of 9.83 mm bpd of crude oil and condensate in September, according to Ministry of Industry and Energy statistics.
That is up 0.1 % on the month. In year-on-year terms, output fell 0.4 %, a smaller fall than the 0.8 % fall in August.
Data from the TsDU-TEK department of the Industry and Energy Ministry were saying that the country produced 40.25 mm tons of oil in the month.
Russia's overall oil output in 2007 totalled 491.48 mm tons, averaging 9.87 bpd.
