04-07-02 Ma Fucai, General Manager of SinoPetroleum & Gas Group, had a talk with Russian Federal Government Vice President on bilateral cooperation in detailed issues of the natural gas projects.
The negotiation content constituted the Sino-Russian cooperation in exploring Russian oil and gas fields, the Russian's joining in Chinese West-East Gas Project, the oil pipe from China Daqing to Russian Angarsic, and the research on gas pipe from Russian East Xiboliya to China northeast natural gas.

The two sides exchanged views on the key problems and detailed procedures. Agreements were reached. Russian high-ranked governmental officials with Trade and Economic Cooperation and Energy Resources Department presented the talk.
