New CFO for Petrobras

Former ABN Amro project finance director in Brazil, Ronnie Vaz Moreira, was named CFO of Brazil's state oil company Petrobras, by the company's administrative council, presided by energy & mining minister Rodolpho Tourinho.
Moreira had been responsible for negotiating between Petrobras and ABN Amro for the project finance operations to develop and increase oil production from fields in Rio de Janeiro's offshore Campos Basin.
ABN leads a consortium of banks that are structuring $ 3 bn in syndicated loans for the Marlim, Espadarte, Voador and Marimba fields, all in the Campos Basin.
