Adair International Oil & Gas, Inc. and PIE have formed an exploration consortium with the intention to pursue exploration opportunities in the Middle East with an emphasis on Yemen as disclosed by John W. Adair, Chairman of Adair. The principles in Partners in Exploration and Adair have extensive experience in Yemen as well as other areas of the Middle East.
Mr. Dick Boyce and Mr. Doug Robinson, Principles of PIE were both involved in the development of the World Class Marib Field for Yemen Hunt. Mr. Boyce is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and served as Chief Geophysicist for Hunt Oil Company and in 1992 was assigned as Exploration Manager of Yemen Hunt Oil Company.
Mr. Robinson served as Exploration Consultant for Yemen Hunt and previous to his tenure at Hunt served as lead explorationist for Superior Oil Company. Adair is very pleased with the alliance with PIE in that it fits with both companies goals for exploration in Yemen and Middle East.
"There is probably no more experience or knowledge available in the exploration world for this specific area than what this alliance brings to the table," stated Adair. Adair's Vice Chairman, Mr. Jalal Alghani is Yemeni American and has been very instrumental in developing opportunities for Yemen. Adair is presently developing a co-generation Sugar Refinery Project in the country at this time with estimated construction to begin in the first quarter of 2000.
