Official offers output forecasts for Sakhalin-I, -II and -III

A total of 35 million metric tons of oil and 65 billion cubic meters of gas will be produced annually off-shore under the Sakhalin-I, -II and -III projects.
The announcement was made by First Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister Valery Garipov at a ceremony marking the production of first oil off Sakhalin. First oil was extracted at the Piltun-Astokhskoye deposit, developed under production-sharing (PSA) terms within the Sakhalin-II project framework.
