Russia reports on oil output and exports

In the first six months of 2000, the output of oil and gas condensate in Russia amounted to 157.01 mm tons, compared to 149.9 mm tons in 1999, the Russian Energy Ministry reported. The six-month target of 153.03 mm tons was exceeded. Oil exports to countries outside the CIS totalled 68.2 mm tons since the beginning of 2000, above the target of 60.4 mm tons. Russian exports to the CIS amounted to 286,400 tons in the first half of 2000, below the target of 500,000 tons. Oil deliveries to Russian oil refineries amounted to 86.3 mm tons, compared to a target of 90.4 mm tons. Those to oil refineries in Belarus totalled 6.08 mm tons, compared to a target of 5 mm tons.
