Dresdner Kleinwort Benson wins tender to evaluate CFC's assets

Dresdner Kleinwort Benson has won a tender for the right to evaluate the assets of Russia's Central Fuel Company (CFC). The assessment will make it possible for the Moscow Oil Company (MNK), of which CFC is expected to become a unit, to complete the formation of its share capital.
Subsidiaries of the Central Fuel Company (CFC) made 1.015 bn roubles in capital investment in 2000, of which 500 mm roubles was used to renovate the Moscow oil refinery.
