Komi companies report on Timan-Pechora oil output in January-November

Oil companies of the Komi republic extracted more than 8.9 mm tons of oil in the Timan-Pechora oil- and gas bearing province from January through November of 2000, a 6.9 % rise from the corresponding figure for 1999, announced the Komi Ministry of the Coal, Oil and Gas Industry. Oil output in the Komi republic totalled nearly 7 mm tons, up 5.8 % from last year.
