Lebanon wants Russia to build oil refinery

During his visit to Russia, Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri proposed that Russia build an oil refinery in Lebanon with a daily capacity of 150,000 barrels of oil, which will be supplied by Russian companies.
Lebanon also wants Russia to sell oil at a reduced rate. The decision on the Lebanese proposal may be made soon.
