SOCAR draws up Baku-Novorossiisk export schedule for 2004

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) has drawn up a schedule for exports of Azerbaijani Urals oil to Novorossiisk in 2004, a source in the company's marketing department told.
It is planned to export 630,000 tons of oil in the first quarter -- 210,000 tons per month. Exports in the second and third quarters will amount to 660,000 tons or 220,000 tons per month. Exports in the fourth quarter will amount to 550,000 tons.

SOCAR will export a total of 2.54 mm tons of oil to Novorossiisk in 2004, the same as in 2002 and 2003.
Last year SOCAR exported 2.535 mm tons of crude through Novorossiisk. Exports in January-November 2003 amounted to 2.3376 mm tons.
