Iran has comprehensive plans to increase energy productivity

The Iranian government has comprehensive plans for increasing energy productivity in the country.
Chairman of directors of Iran Energy Economy Association told that establishing energy productivity organization is a step in this regard.

Mohammad Abbaspour stated that there were ample scientific grounds for increasing energy productivity in various industrial sectors including oil, gas, petrochemical and heavy industries.
He said Iran cooperation with other countries with regard to energy was positive and Iran Energy Economy Association could cooperate with counterparts from other countries to pave the way for sustainable energy development.
