Bulgaria's Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg and his Albanian and Macedonian counterpart Fatos Nano and Vlado Buckovski are meeting in Sofia to sign a political declaration.
The visit of Fatos Nano and Vlado Buckovski relates to the finalization of the Tripartite Memorandum for Understanding under the Construction of TransBalkan Pipeline Burgas-Vlore.

The document is to be signed by Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Valentin Tserovski, Albanian Minister of Industry and Energy Victor Doda, Macedonian Minister of Economy Fatmir Besimi and AMBO Corporation's CEO Edward Ferguson.
In late November the Council of Ministers passed the draft of the Tripartite Memorandum for Understanding between Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania for the construction of Pipeline Burgas-Vlore. This is one of the priority energy and infrastructure projects for Bulgaria which is of regional European significance.

It will be part of the energy infrastructure of European Corridor No. 8.
The signature of the document will give the framework of the future tripartite agreement and it will guarantee the extension of loans necessary for the beginning of the construction process.
