Australia reports on crude oil production

Australian crude oil production fell by more than 10 % in 2005/06 compared with the previous financial year, according to preliminary data by the Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association (APPEA).
Crude oil production was down from 126.3 mm barrels in 2004/05 to 113.3 mm barrels in the latest year, according to the APPEA data.

Trends in other petroleum commodities showed increases ranging from 15.9 % in liquefied natural gas sales, 3.3 % in liquefied petroleum gas, 2.8 % in condensate and 1.5 % in domestic gas.
