Romania to offer Azeri oil and gas deliveries to Europe

Nov 10, 2006 01:00 AM

Romanian Foreign Minister Mihai-Razvan Ungureanu says Romania will offer Azerbaijani oil and gas supplies to Europe.
He said Bucharest considers as its national interests the EU's building a mutually-effective dialogue with Black Sea states, in particular Caucasian States and will try the Black Sea region to be on the EU’s focus during the first half of 2007.

Stipulating serious political ties with main hydrocarbon producers-Azerbaijan and other Caspian States, he said Romania will be alterative door for supplying Europe with oil and gas.
"We enjoy strategic predominance, but we just come to appreciate it," he underscored.
