Sibneftegaz to supply gas to Itera

Sibneftegaz will supply up to 1.795 bn cm of gas at RUR 580 (approx. $ 22.54) per mcm to Itera International Group of
Companies, an independent gas producer, in 2007.
The shareholders of the Russian oil and gas company made a decision to this effect at an extraordinary meeting, the
company said.
Therefore, Sibneftegaz will supply 855.6 mm cm in the third quarter and another 939.5 mm cm in Q4 2007.
The General Director of Sibneftegaz Andrei Burbasov has been requested to sign a contract on the matter with Itera.
