CNPC Hong Kong outlines upstream spending plan

CNPC Hong Kong plans to spend more than $ 190 mm this year developing its upstream fields in Southeast Asia and Peru, the company's chairman said.
The Hong Kong listed company, which is 53 % owned by state China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), already has upstream interests in Asia and the Middle East.
