Petroleum production stable on Norwegian continental shelf

Petroleum production on the Norwegian continental shelf during January 2008, saw 21.7 mm cm of oil equivalents produced. This is the same as in January 2007.
The average daily production was about 2,160,000 barrels of oil, about 302,000 barrels of NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) and about 69,000 barrels of condensate, in total of 2,531,000 barrels liquid.

Preliminary production figures for February 2008 show an average daily production of about 2.193 mm barrels of oil and 0.350 mm barrels of NGL and condensate.
Final figures will be available in the beginning of April 2008.
