Total Uganda launches partnership with Simba and MTN

Total Uganda has launched a business partnership with MTN Uganda and Simba Telecom.
According to the partnership, MTN airtime and Simba Telecom phone accessories will be distributed through Total service stations countrywide.

Mr Leopold Tzeuton, the Total Managing Director, said the move would ensure easy accessibility to network services to all customers.
"As Total Uganda, we have a fully equipped customer delight centre, a one-stop centre where a customer needs are processed and delivered. Our goal is to make our service stations one convenient stop platform offering most of our customers needs," he said.

Simba Telecom, CEO, Mr Patrick Bitature, said the partnership would improve on customer service care and embrace new values to the companies, which customers would enjoy.
MTN Chief of Operations, Mr Serame Taukobong, said the partnership would stimulate a fair competition among rival firms, which will encourage them to put all products on the market.
