Gas condensate at Shah-Deniz may prove more profitable

The discovery of 400 mm tons of gas condensate reserves at the Shah-Deniz deposit may bring bigger profits to
Azerbaijan than gas exports from this deposit to Turkey, said a State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR)
specialist.
Gas condensate extracted from this deposit may be exported either in crude form or after treatment, for which
corresponding facilities are expected to be built.
