Oil, gas, condensate output rises in Turkmenistan in January-July

Turkmenistan extracted more than 4 mm tons of oil, including gas condensate, between January and July of 2000, a 2 % rise from the same period of last year.
Local crude refining topped 2.8 mm tons, up 2 % from the corresponding figure for last year. Gas extraction stood at about 25.3 bn cm, up 50 % from last year's. Gas condensate output totalled 182,000 tons, up 46 % from the same period last year.
