Kazakhstan raises oil output by 3 % and gas by 8 % in 5 months
The State Statistics Agency said Kazakhstan raised oil production 2.5 % y-o-y in January to May 2011 to 28.28 mm tons.
Gas condensate production rose 5.5 % to 5.354 mm tons. Natural gas production increased 8.4 % to 16.659 bn cm.
Kazakhstan produced 1.09 mm tons of gasoline, including aviation gasoline down by 25.5 % y-o-y.
Fuel oil production grew 7.3 % to 1.719 mm tons, kerosene fell 25.3 % to 164,300 tons and production of gas and oils fell 4.8 % to 1.86 mm tons.
