Norwegian-controlled sectors of North Sea report on oil production

Oil production in the Norwegian-controlled sectors of the North Sea rose to around 2.8 mm bpd in October, according to the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. That's up from 2.6 mm in September.
Total September output of oil, gas and natural gas liquids totalled 18.7 mm cm of oil equivalents. Of that, 12.4 mm cm was oil, 4.9 mm was natural gas and 1.3 mm was natural gas liquids and condensate.

The total output was equal to 117.6 mm boe. Figures released for October were only for oil.
Norway is the world's third-largest oil exporter after Saudi Arabia and Russia.
