Gazprom Neft places EUR 100 mm investment in Serbia in 2009

Russian oil major Gazprom Neft expects its investments in Serbian oil company Naftna Industrija Srbije to amount to
EUR 100 mm in 2009, representatives said.
Gazprom Neft also plans to invest RUB 14 bn in the Omsk Oil Refinery and the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery in 2010, and RUB
5 bn in the Moscow Oil Refinery.
Gazprom Neft expects the size of its dividends for 2009 to be at least at the same level as the average size of dividends of other companies in the industry in 2009.
