Gazprom to supply Holland with gas under new agreement

On December 21, Russia's Gazeksport and Gasunie of the Netherlands signed a contract under which Russia will supply 4 billion cubic meters of gas annually to Holland for twenty years beginning October 1, 2001. For its part, Gasunie will provide Gazeksport with its services. According to representatives of the Dutch company, Gasunie must transfer about $ 300 million annually to Russia at current prices.
