Russia and Iran to develop cooperation in coal-mining industry

Russia and Iran plan to cooperate in the founding of new enterprises and reconstruction of existing enterprises dealing with mining and cleaning of coal for the electrical power industry, the metal and coke industries, and public utilities of Iran.
A protocol on plans for cooperation in the coal-mining industry between the two countries was signed in the Energy Ministry of Russia on June 4.
