Iran and Iceland to boost energy ties

On the sidelines of the General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in
Vienna the Iranian Industries and Mines Minister, Ali-Akbar Mehrabian discussed energy ties with the Iceland
President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson.
Due to Iran's high capacity for using geothermal energy the two sides agreed to review the possible ways for joint
investments in this field.
