NISOC injects gas into Pazenan oil reservoir

In line with the recovery plan for Pazenan oil reservoir, each day 10 mm cm gas is injected into the reservoir. Janmohammad Amirjani, a planning expert with the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) told that the gas produced by the field will be injected into the reservoir after separation of gas liquids.
"The project has been carried out uninterrupted during past 20 days," he said.

Amirjani said the gas produced in the field was separated to dry and wet gas, which were respectively injected into the reservoir and the cross-country pipeline.
"Gas liquids produced during the process are sent to Mahshahr," he said.
