CMS Energy signs agreement with Empresa Nacional

CMS Energy Corp has signed an agreement with the Chilean Empresa Nacional de Electricidad to develop a combined gas pipeline and a thermal power plant complex in the border of Argentina to costs investments of $ 900 mm. The project named Atacama will slash regional energy prices in both countries, and compete with gas and other fuels.
