McKinsey to reorganize PdVSA

McKinsey & Company, a world leading management consultant firm with 82 offices in 44 countries and plenty
expertise in the energy business, has been selected to carry out PdVSA's reorganization of its management structure
and its 150 subsidiaries.
In three months the results of the reorganization study should be ready so PdVSA's Board can decide on the proper
reorganizing measures.
