Moscow and Washington both double-faced about trade with Iraq

Moscow and Washington accuse each other in being double-faced about trade with Iraq. Accusation came two days after Moscow signalled it would send a top delegation to Washington next month to argue against military strikes on Iraq.

It seems that two large countries cannot share Iraq and try to blame each other in dishonesty. Moscow vocally opposes Washington's plans to unseat Saddam Hussein's regime in Baghdad despite otherwise supporting the US-]ed "anti-terror" campaign.
Some authorities predict the beginning of the second “cold war” though it is unlikely to become a reality as the top representatives of both countries say.
