Rosneft may invest $ 1 bn in Tyumen region

Rosneft is ready to invest $ 1 bn in the Tyumen region, Rosneft president Sergey Bogdanchikov declared after a
meeting with Sergey Sobyanin, the Governor of the region.
According to Bogdanchikov, the city of Tyumen might become the centre of the oil and gas industry and it is necessary
to have an office in the city. The agreement may be signed in several weeks, he added.
Rosneft is going to construct its managing centre, as well as its income distribution centre in the city of
Tyumen.
The company is to elaborate its budget for 2004 till May, thus Rosneft managers have to determine their position as
soon as possible.
