Russian oil industry competition laws to be completed soon

Under the Russian government's economic reform program for 2000-2001, draft federal laws ensuring competition in the oil industry should be completed by November or December of 2000. In particular, the laws should provide guarantees of non-discriminatory access to trunk pipelines.
