Russia signs resolution on cutting oil export duty

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has signed a resolution on cutting the oil export duty from euro 30.5 per ton to euro 23.4 per ton as of September 18.
The decision to raise the duty was made by the government commission on protective measures in foreign trade in connection with falling world oil prices.
